Upgraded and Advanced, ParetoLogic DriverCure and RegCure 2.0 Are Compatible with Windows 7

Victoria, B.C. (PRWEB) October 24, 2009 -- After careful review and analysis, ParetoLogic's popular DriverCure and RegCure programs passed Microsoft designed tests to ensure compatibility with the new Windows® 7 operating system, both 32-bit and 64-bit. The driver update program and registry cleaner underwent significant programming changes to ensure that Windows 7 users will be able to access the latest drivers to resolve hardware issues and clean the registry to optimize performance.

RegCure and DriverCure have been the most widely-used ParetoLogic products, and some of the most popular PC utilities in the market. Users of all skill levels have run of millions of free download and scans, throughout the world. Now that the programs are compatible with Windows 7, ParetoLogic hopes that even more new users will try DriverCure to update system drivers, and use RegCure to clean the registry.

ParetoLogic's Technical Product Manager Norman Eldridge said that "a large number of people will upgrade to Windows 7, and while Microsoft has endeavored to include the latest drivers, it is still likely that many hardware devices will no longer work properly. ParetoLogic DriverCure can help." Mr. Eldridge went on to explain that "When upgrading to a new operating system, all of your hardware will need matching drivers. DriverCure scans your system to automatically find the latest drivers you need and provide a guided download."

Along with compatibility with Windows 7, RegCure registry cleaner version 2.0 will continue to maintain support for Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, XP and Vista, as older computers tend to be particularly prone to errors and slowdowns. However, Mr. Eldridge cautioned, "registry cleaning isn't just for old or error-ridden computers. Cleaning the registry is a key part of PC maintenance and optimization." The Technical Product Manager encouraged Windows 7 users to "scan with RegCure after uninstalling software, after every few weeks of regular use and when the system generally seems slow."
